THIS IS ME

I'm Rachel Hoover, and I will complete my Bachelor's in Graphic Design in Fall 2018. 

 

I held a position as a graphic design consultant between 2013 and 2014, a paid internship during which I converted hundreds of pages of content into an easy-to-display format used for several online teaching courses.

 

I currently work for the Student Activities and Leadership Development Department at Central Connecticut State University, where I create promotional materials for events and organizations across campus. 

I have extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, as well as various specializations, including

 

  • 8 years of Photoshop experience

  • 5 years of Illustrator experience

  • 5 years of InDesign experience

  • Extensive knowledge of color theory

  • Knowledge of digital painting

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design
